Self-Hosting

Over the years I've slowly built up my own self-hosting network and developed my own apps for both day-to-day use and managing the Immortal MC server!

Server 1

  • Modified Dell PowerEdge T110 II
  • Ubuntu 24.04.5 LTS
  • Dell 0PM2CW
  • Intel Xeon CPU E3-1270 V2 | 3.50GHz
  • 4x Samsung M391B5273DH0-YK0 4GiB (16GiB) | DDR3 1600MHz
  • 4.75 TB Across 4 Disks

Server 1 hosts my personal projects and network tools, such as my Nextcloud instance, the Immortal MC StaffSite, and the Immortal MC database and discord bot.

IMMC StaffSite

The Immortal MC StaffSite is a webapp I developed from the ground up to aid in the running of the Immortal MC server. After over 6 years of spaghetti holding the entire thing together, and the complete failure of Server 1's OS disk, I decided it was time to de-spaghettify my code, and create a straightforward platform which I can easily onboard any new hands into. The StaffSite has database access, Minecraft server console and file access, moderation tools, task management and assignment, and more! I'm honestly really proud of this one :)

Server 2

  • Modified HP Z600 Workstation
  • Ubuntu 24.04.5 LTS
  • HP 0B54h
  • 2x Intel Xeon CPU X5650 | 2.67GHz
  • 6x Samsung M393B1K70DH0-YH9 8GiB (48GiB) | DDR3 1333MHz | 3 per CPU
  • Samsung 990 Pro 2 TB | 2048 MB DRAM | Seq. Read 7450 MB/s | Seq. Write 6900 MB/s
  • 6 TB Across 4 Disks

Server 2 hosts the Minecraft game servers, currently Survival and Creative mode. These are ongoing worlds with large storage and performance requirements due to their size (especially Survival mode).
